The signature is yours. The care is ours.

Most appointments fall into one of four kinds. Pick the one that sounds like yours, or book and tell us what the document is.

  1. A navy document folio, fountain pen and brass embosser laid out on a kitchen table for an in-home notary appointment

We bring the seal to you: your kitchen table, your office, a hospital room or a care facility. You choose the place and time, we arrive prepared, and the paperwork never has to leave your sight.

    • Homes, offices, hospitals and care facilities
    • Evening and weekend times on request
    • Travel quoted before you book

  2. A completed notarial certificate with a raised embossed seal in the corner and a fountain pen beside it

Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, signature witnessing and affidavits. We check identity, confirm the signer is willing and aware, complete the notarial certificate and apply the seal.

  3. A stack of loan closing documents with sign-here flags beside a fountain pen and new house keys

Purchase, refinance, HELOC and seller packages, presented page by page so every signature, initial and date lands where the lender needs it, then returned on the schedule your title or escrow team sets.

    • Buyer, seller, refinance and HELOC packages
    • Every page checked before it leaves the table
    • Returned the way your closing team asks

  4. A certificate on cream paper bound with a navy ribbon and a gold seal, beside a brass globe

Sending a document abroad? We help you get it ready: notarized where it needs to be, prepared for the North Carolina Secretary of State, submitted, and returned to you. We facilitate the process; the state issues the apostille.

    • Notarization where the document requires it
    • Preparation and submission handled for you
    • Clear guidance, no guesswork

Meet the owners

One appointment, and the page is complete.

A notarization confirms that the person signing is who they say they are, signed willingly, and understood what they were signing. Move across the page to see the difference a seal makes.

Most people only need a notary a handful of times in their life, and usually when something important is happening: a new home, a parent who needs care, a child travelling, a business taking its next step.

We built Integrity Records Solutions as a family business so those moments would feel calm. We come prepared, we explain what will happen before it happens, and we treat your documents with the confidentiality and care we would want for our own.

Every question, answered

Who owns Integrity Records Solutions?

Integrity Records Solutions LLC is a woman-owned and veteran-owned family business in North Carolina. It is co-owned by Andrea Allen O'Neal, Founder and CEO, and Burnice L. O'Neal, retired from the U.S. Navy, and combines healthcare information management expertise, professional document services and the values of military service.

What does a notary public do?

A notary public is a state-commissioned official who verifies the identity of the person signing a document, confirms they are signing willingly and with understanding, and completes a notarial certificate with their signature and seal. In North Carolina, notaries are commissioned by the Department of the Secretary of State.

Is there a travel fee for a mobile notary?

Yes. Mobile appointments include a travel fee that depends on the location and timing. It is quoted and agreed before the appointment, never added afterwards.

Do you issue apostilles?

No notary issues apostilles. In North Carolina, apostilles for state documents are issued by the Department of the Secretary of State. Integrity Records Solutions facilitates the process: notarizing where needed, preparing the request, submitting it and returning the document to you.

How much does a notarization cost in North Carolina?

North Carolina sets the maximum fee a notary may charge for each notarial act. Travel for mobile appointments and any additional services, such as printing or apostille facilitation, are quoted separately and agreed before the appointment.
