01What we collect
When you book or send a message we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, the service you need, the appointment place and time, and anything you add in the notes. We also collect basic technical information such as the page you came from, to understand how people find us.
02How we use it
We use your details only to arrange and carry out your appointment, to reply to you, and to keep the records a notary is expected to keep. We do not sell your information.
03Text messages
If you agree to appointment texts, we use your number to confirm and remind you about appointments. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to texts is never shared with third parties for marketing.
04Your documents
We do not keep copies of your documents unless you ask us to print, scan, upload or return them, or the law requires it. Anything we handle for you is kept secure and private.
05Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Use the contact page and we will respond personally.
