Notary and document services.
Mobile notary visits, general notarizations, loan signings and apostille facilitation across North Carolina, plus the everyday documents and forms that need a notary.
Mobile notary: we come to you.
A mobile notary travels to the signer. It is the simplest way to get a document notarized when getting to an office is hard: a busy work day, a newborn at home, a parent in a care facility, or a deadline that cannot wait.
Tell us where and when, how many people are signing and what the document is. We confirm the visit and any travel fee before the day, arrive prepared, and complete the notarization at your table.
Where we meet
- Homes Your kitchen table, on your schedule.
- Offices and workplaces Between meetings, without leaving the building.
- Hospitals The signer must be alert and able to understand the document.
- Care and senior living facilities Calm, unhurried appointments with family present if you wish.
- Public places A library or coffee shop, if that suits you better.

Loan signing agent.
A loan signing agent is a notary who guides borrowers through a mortgage or refinance package on behalf of the lender, title company or escrow team, making sure every page is signed, initialled, dated and notarized correctly.
We present each document, point out where it needs your signature, and check the package before it leaves the table. Questions about rates, terms or fees go to your lender, who can answer them properly.
What is usually in a package
- 01 Closing disclosure The final figures of the loan, for you to review and sign.
- 02 Promissory note Your promise to repay the loan on its terms.
- 03 Deed of trust The security document recorded against the property.
- 04 Right to cancel Included with many refinance packages.
- 05 Affidavits and compliance forms Occupancy, identity and name statements, often notarized.
For title companies, escrow officers, lenders, signing services and borrowers.

An apostille certifies a public document for use in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. A notary does not issue apostilles. In North Carolina they are issued by the Department of the Secretary of State; we facilitate the process so you do not have to work it out alone.
