01Our services
Integrity Records Solutions LLC provides notarial and document services in North Carolina by appointment, including mobile visits, loan signings and apostille facilitation.
02No legal advice
A notary who is not an attorney cannot give legal advice, choose a notarial act for you, or prepare legal documents. Please consult an attorney about the content of your documents.
03Identification and refusal
Every signer must appear in person with acceptable, current identification. A notary must refuse to notarize when identity cannot be confirmed, when a signer appears unwilling or unaware, or when the document is incomplete.
04Fees, travel and cancellations
Notarial fees follow North Carolina limits. Travel and additional services are quoted before the appointment. Late cancellations of mobile appointments may carry a travel charge, explained when you book.
05Apostilles
Apostilles are issued by government authorities, not by Integrity Records Solutions. Processing times are set by those authorities and are outside our control.
